Helping the disabled find needed benefits

WWW

The human spirit, not the spirit the resides in all of us but the spirit to go on, the spirit that says I'll make it through, that tomorrow will be a better day......that spirit is alive and well in most of us.

I think sometimes we look at all the bad in the news or the troubles we're experiencing but forget to see the good all around us.  We forget the blessings that are in out lives, such as those that support us, our family and friends, and our Lord.

Take a look around and experience the good things we have at our reach.  Look at a beautiful sunset, listen to the birds singing, or give someone you love a hug. Then thank the Lord for this beautiful day.

Have a nice day.

To follow up on this thought.  I haven't been feeling well lately but today I decided to take a ride (in a car) and got out at a wildlife preserve.  I didn't walk far but sure enjoyed the sights and sounds of Spring.  It helped me feel better.  So if you get a chance do something you enjoy(ed).  See an old friend or give them a call.  Take a walk if you can.  Do whatever it takes to lift your spirit.  Smiley
